Question

Cannot pay invoice online via Credit card. They have successfully before on other invoices. What is the issue causing this error?

Customer receives Error and is unable to pay invoice...in full or in part.

It's a pleasure to see you in Community.  Welcome!  QuickBooks Online Payments is a dynamic way to provide your customers with the option to pay their invoices upon receipt.  I'd be happy to provide some insight here!

 

Credit card payments must be made by Canadian payment methods, as other currencies aren't accepted at this time.  In this situation, you'll need to manually record credit card payments for your customers by following this helpful guide.

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?) Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > enter "Contact support" > hit Contact Us > provide a brief summary of your situation > hit Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
