Categories in product and services

I have created new category in Product and services and it is not showing up on report. it active and I have clear all cache, restarted the computer and use incognito mode as well nothing. It will not show up as well I added a list of services to that category and I can see either. I try loading up again and it's telling me it has been added but I can't see it

I appreciate taking the time and initiative to perform those troubleshooting steps. Let me help you show the category of your items in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

I replicated this on my end. I created new categories and associated them with my products and services, and they show up on the Product/Service List report. You'll see the category name under the Product/Service column. Its format looks like this: [Name of category]:[Name of product/service].

Moreover, you can also view the lists or your added categories by following these steps:

 

  1. Click the Gear icon.
  2. Choose All Lists.
  3. Select Product Categories and check if the categories you entered/uploaded are there.

 

If this is not the case, can you please share with us what report you're trying to run? It would also be great if you could add some screenshots so I could get a better view of it and provide the best fix for it.
