QuickBooks Online Payments add on is a great way to allow customers to make payments straight from the invoice using a credit card. I'd be happy to help go over reasons the payments could be on hold and how to fix it.

 

The Payments add on helps you save time by taking and entering payments into your QuickBooks Online account. If a payment is on hold one of the most common reasons would be that the deposit information was incorrect. First you should verify that the business and banking information is correct for your payments account. You can do that by following the steps in this article.
