We are a Canadian company who charges USD to US clients. Can we use ACH for them?

Utilize this app for free. You client will pay in USD and you will receive in CAD.

Another option, open a Wise business account and you will have a USD bank account in the US to accept ACH payments for free. You can run the bank feeds if required.

Hi pemrich. Glad to have you connect with us here. I'll be happy to share more info about our Online Payments platform. Our payments platform only accepts Canadian dollars. The CAD payments can be processed using VisaMastercardDiscover, and Apple pay. I recommend looking at third-party payment processors such as PayPalStripe, or Square for your AMEX payments. The good thing is QuickBooks Online makes it simple to integrate other payment processors into your account. You can use a third-party app which you can find on http://www.apps.com. You'll just have to search for the payment processor's name and select the one that best suits your needs.

Let me know if you have additional questions, I'll be on standby.
