Could you please help me because we are sending multiple currencies invoices however, the invoice being shared to our customers is not showing the correct bank details.

The option to set up your Merchant Services bank account in other currencies is not available at this time.  You can however accept USD payments from a CAD bank account, that is why the CAD bank account shows on your invoice to USD customers. If this is a feature you would like added, please feel free to submit a suggestion to our Development Team for feature improvements and future updates.  In the interim, you can search third party apps for the best fit for your business needs.
