Create multiple invoices with the same charge

Welcome to the Community. Being able to send invoices to your customers is essential for the services your provides. QuickBooks Online is a great program that gives the ability to simply track your sales and expenses. I'd be glad to provide some information on the option to create multiple invoices.

At the moment, the system does not offer the possibility to create several invoices in a batch. You can enable the pre-filled forms option to create invoices individually. I encourage you to follow these steps to enable the option.

1. Click on the Gear icon.
2. Select Account and settings.
3. Select Advanced tab on the left.
4. Click on Pre-fill forms with previously entered content on the Automation tab to activate it.
5. Click on Save and then Done.

If you'd like to include the option to create multiple invoices with the same charge in a batch action, I'd recommend that you send us Feedback by clicking on the Gear icon at the top. This is sent to our Development Team to consider for future updates.
