Creating an invoice with ERP system that is sent to QBO is not adopting the messages settings from quickbooks. It is not emailing me a copy, nor bcc the contact.

ERP System sends invoice to QBO over the API. 
I have Messages configured in Account and Settings -> Sales to send me a copy, and to BCC another email address in QBO. 
When the invoice is generated from my ERP system it is not without manually entering the address cc'ing me.

Welcome to Community!  It's important that your invoices created with your ERP system are emailed in accordance to your settings.  I feel you'd benefit from contacting Intuit Developer Support.  However, you can also connect with us outside of Community for further review of the unexpected behavior, so we can work with you directly and look further into this from our end.


Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?) Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > enter "Contact support" > hit Contact Us > provide a brief summary of your situation > hit Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
