Export your transactions data to XLS and utilize an importer tool

Should you need to keep using Zoho Invoice, you may need a connector to migrate data automatically into your QBO account.

Hi there userzachbeauchampdry,

Thanks for joining us here in the QuickBooks Community! I can appreciate wanting to integrate all the services you're using to more easily manage your data, and I'd be happy to go over the options with you for QuickBooks Online.

The primary way that QuickBooks Online connects with third-party services is through partner applications found in the Apps tab. I just took a quick peek there myself, using Zoho as a keyword to search the available options, and there are a few there you can consider. I recommend heading on over to review those options.

If they don't quite work for you, another thing you can verify is if Zoho as a QuickBooks integration from their end. Some services have that sort of option where you'd integrate with QuickBooks Online from their system rather than integrating their service through ours. It's worth a shot. Check on the Zoho site or connect with their support team to learn if that's an option.

Otherwise, you can consider options like Fiat Lux has mentioned, where you export from Zoho and then use a third-party app to be able to import those details into QuickBooks Online. I'll also leave you with our article about what can be imported into QuickBooks Online using our built-in features: Common questions about importing data to QuickBooks Online

I hope that helps! Feel free to ask more questions if you have them. :)
