Customer Information - view, enter, edit

Why did QBO change how we see, enter, and edit Customer Info? Instead of seeing all info on one page, now, we have to click on several things before we can copy and paste email addresses onto invoices, add Company Name, etc. This is definitely a backward step and NOT an improvement!!!

Hi Mabel_BC,

 

I can understand your preference being geared toward the previous method of adding or editing your customers in QuickBooks Online, where the information was at a glance. Updates and additions are based on customer recommendations submitted to our Development Team within your account.  Since there's no option for reverting back to the previous format, I'd recommend providing your suggestions to our product developers by going to the Gear icon and then Feedback.
