I am having troubles with attaching files with clients.
I used to have the option in the profile it self (It was a plus sign in the attachment area) to add files, but it gone after an update. 
I tried contacting the support team, they were not able to resolve it. They said it might be a browser issue but it wasn't helpful. I changed the browser but I still don't see the sign. 
I can still add files by editing customers and going adding them.
Is anyone experiencing the same issue? or does anyone know how to resolve it?

Thanks for reaching out here.  Welcome!  It's important that you're able to add attachments for your customers in QuickBooks Online, without delay.  I'd be glad to assist!

 

I appreciate the troubleshooting you've already done, by trying other browsers.  I also suggest clearing cache, if you haven't done so already.  I've taken the liberty to follow the steps on my end, and see a paperclip to the left of Attachments, while in the Customer Details section.  By clicking on this, I was able to add an attachment.  However, this is not visible in the screenshot you've provided.  For this reason, I'm recommending clearing cache, to see if you're able to add an attachment to your customer.  If you experience the same result, please contact us outside of Community, for personal assistance in real-time.  It would be our pleasure to look into the unexpected behavior in more depth from our end, and escalate for further investigation if necessary.

 

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?) Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > enter "Contact support" > hit Contact Us > provide a brief summary of your situation > hit Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
