Customer/supplier can't be edit, not in the center of the screen. can't see "cancel" or " make inactive" buttons

Hi Maggie-MTL.

 

There are tons of reasons you might need to edit or make a customer/supplier inactive. It's one of the reasons QuickBooks Online was set up to allow you to do just that. I'd be happy to help you get this feature working so you can get back to saving time with QuickBooks Online.

 

Normally you would be able to go to Sales>Customer>Select the customer>Click Edit at the top>Click Inactive or for supplier use Expenses>Supplier and follow the same steps for customer. If the edit or make inactive option is not seen, it could mean an issue with your browser. I recommend clearing the cache and cookies and then opening QuickBooks Online in a private browser such as Google Chromes Incognito mode. You can also try a different computer to see if that resolves it.
