Delivery issue comes up on invoices that actually did go through. Invoice viewed by customer but still comes up Delivery Issue on Status

Thanks for reaching out here.  Receiving a Delivery Issue status in QuickBooks Online would be rather concerning when your forms are successfully sent.  I'd be happy to provide more information, so you can rest assured your QuickBooks goals are complete!

 

When this status presents itself, it could be due to a few factors.  If you have attachments on your transactions, special characters, or if you have pop-up blockers set up.  Here's a helpful guide for your reference with different scenarios for delivery errors.  In addition, please make sure QuickBooks Online isn't being blocked.  Here's how;

 

1. Click on the Red X icon, you'll find this to the left of the star on the address bar

2. Select Always allow pop-ups from qbo.intuit.com

3. Hit Done
