Question

Do others have prob with invoice form not filling in the product description line properly? Almost once a day this happens and I have to create invoice via "customer" tab

This problem has been going on for 2 months and I can not fix it by refreshing the invoice page. I will enter the product but the description/ amount/ etc do not fill in as usual. If I want to save the invoice, a prompt comes up to enter a product because the product I selected actually got cleared during the attempt to save.
This happens randomly (other times, creating an invoice with the same product will work just fine). I have figured out to go to the individual customer and click invoice there. Usually the page will need to be refreshed first and then it works. It's annoying as these are a lot of extra steps to take while the customer is waiting.
