Does anybody know how to permanently turn off the option for credit card payments?

It's always a pleasure to see new faces in the Community, Welcome! QuickBooks Online payments is a great feature to help make sure your customers pay on time. If you no longer wish to have the payments feature on, follow the steps below to turn it off:

1. Open Settings ⚙

2. Select Account and settings

3. Click on Sales from the left menu

4. Scroll down to Online Delivery and click on Edit ✎

5. Choose Plain text from the Additional email options for invoices

6. Hit Save
