Question

Does anyone know how to take an estimate that a customer has accepted and assign it to a selected service schedule in an actual calendar?

Hi userservice3,

Welcome to the Community! It's great to hear you've chosen QuickBooks Online to assist you with your daily tasks. QuickBooks makes it easy for you to send estimates and convert them to invoices. I'll be happy to share more on this.

Based on what you're describing, it sounds like you're using another service to track activities on your calendar, as QuickBooks Online doesn't have that feature. If you've connected that program as a third-party app in our software, you can reach out to the app developer's team for more information and proper guidance. When you go to the Apps menu and select an app to integrate with QuickBooks Online, the Overview tab gives you every detail to follow for proper mapping and the App information section on your right displays how you can get in touch with the tech team. These agents are responsible for helping you achieve a seamless connection with QuickBooks Online. In case you're using a service that can't be integrated with QuickBooks Online, feel free to submit feedback directly to our engineers. We are always innovating the product to meet all of our customers' expectations, and knowing what you want helps us reach that goal.

I hope this helps! Have a great day
