Does Quickbooks provide receipts for their credit card processing fees?

When a client pays via cc through quickbooks, quickbooks charges a cc processing fee and it comes straight out of my account similar to the monthly subscription payment, but I have never received a receipt or invoice for the charge. Is there a way to attain records or receipts of these charges other than just looking at my bank statements?

While QuickBooks doesn't provide receipts for credit card processing fees, it's important to note that the fee is included in your monthly subscription bill for QuickBooks. Here's how to view the charges:

 

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online as a primary admin.
  2. Go to Settings ⚙ and select Subscriptions and billing.
  3. Review the information in each section.
    • To view payment history: In the QuickBooks Online tile, select View payment history. Your billing history shows the last 6 months’ bills.
    • To view older invoices, reach out to our support team.

If you are charging along with subscription for credit card processing fee, why immediately along with customer credit payment, QBO also charges huge credit card processing fee .

Q1. What is the % of processing fee collecting?

Q2. One of my customer is also a QBO customer  and they paid from QBO using their credit card to us. QBO informed me or credited my bank account with that amount, but again there is a processing fee collected. If I am not giving credit card to process why should you charge when someone else uses their credit card to pay us.

For thsi reasons, I was trying to contact QBO, but no way I can get an answer. Please reply.
