Don't Want Quickbooks Payments - New User

I do not want to use Quickbooks Payments, but the system keeps forcing me to add it.

The home screen setup guide always says 25% done and I don't want to do any more with it.

Many features that I use add a link to set it up, which is annoying.

We already have a payment provider and we don't want Quickbooks Payments.

How do I remove it and all the links that keep telling me to set up Quickbooks Payments?
