Question

Emailed invoices, receipts and so on are showing up to my clients on there emails very old school. why is this. you can't see the logo and the format is way off.

Welcome to Community!  QuickBooks Online offers the ability to customize your forms, to reflect your business in a professional manner.  When the customer receives their invoices, it's essential they appear as designed.  I would be happy to provide some insight here!

 

To get your preferred invoice email, you'll need to switch from HTML or Plain Text to an Online invoice.  Here's how:

 

1. Open your Settings ⚙, then select Account and settings

2. Go to Sales, and then click the Edit 📝 for Online delivery

3. In the Additional email option for invoices section, click the dropdown arrow and then select Online invoice

4. Click Save and then Done.

 

I also recommend clearing cache on your browser, to help improve system performance and web page loading times, or try another browser such as Firefox, Google Chrome, Edge, or Safari.
