Question

Enterprise QuickBooks + WordPress integration?

Hello.

Im looking for a solution for our client who is using QuickBooks Enterprise . They want to have a WordPress website where the visitor would be able to search for their invoice number and pay for it on-line. So we would need a two-way sync between the website and QBD.

Is it possible?

Thank you!

Lena

Hi Lena,

I can see the benefit of being able to sync your QuickBooks Desktop together with WordPress to help keep track of the payments. QuickBooks offers a variety of features and resources that help you streamline your work with ease. Rest assured, I'll be glad to share more info about this and help make sure you're on the right track.

Based on what you've described, I recommend looking into third-party apps that can help you merge WordPress with QuickBooks. You can search for third-party apps on our website using this link here. I recommend choosing an app that suits your business needs based on the app description and reviews.

You're more than welcome to ask other questions, I'm here to help you achieve your QuickBooks goals.

Thank you, James. Ive looked into a connector. I could only find one, but after chatting with their Tech support - it would not work. The sync would only be one way and make more work for our client.

If your client is located in Canada, have you considered using a billing management app with a customer portal feature to integrate with QB Desktop? You don't need to develop and manage your own website and connectors. Unfortunately, it does not support QB Payments and you will receive payments with their own processor.
