Every time I try to connect my bank account to receive payment through invoicing it says quickbooks is unable to process payments for me. I don't know what to do

Running your business with QuickBooks Online is a great choice, and you'll save so much time with tasks like receiving payments. If you're using QuickBooks Payments, your customers will have the option to pay you directly from their invoice. This is an awesome way to make things easier for you and them. 

 

Since you're having an issue processing a payment/connecting your bank account, you'll have to reach out to our tech support team directly. Our Merchant Services department will be able to assist you with this in a secure environment.
