For invoice templates how do you change the label "Ship to" to "Service At"Thanks

I appreciate you turning to the Community for support. I'd be happy to provide some information.

 

Although QuickBooks Online provides the ability to personalize sales forms, the option to change the "Ship to" text isn't available in the software since it is set by default. I can see how being able to edit this text would be something you'd like to see, so I recommend leaving feedback for our developers by heading to the "Gear" icon and selecting the "Feedback" option. Comments are viewed and considered as they create new features and updates for QuickBooks.

we are new to the online version and very disappointed with some on the features we lost from converting from desk top to online version.  I don't understand why you can't change the "Ship To" and "Ship Date" and remove "Ship Via", we usually has "Service Address" as this is the where the service was done.  We don't ship and don't need "Ship To".

We need the Billing Address and Service Address.  This is very concerning as it could cause confusion.

if Quickbooks Online is only geared to shipping company, than this is something that should be said before converting.  Hope this gets change ASAP!
