For some reason the app has changed and I cannot create an invoice anymore

Thanks for reaching out to us here. The QuickBooks Online mobile app is a dynamic way to complete your daily bookkeeping tasks from anywhere at any time.  I would be glad to help!

 

I recommend refreshing the app, or uninstall, then reinstall it, to ensure it's up to date.  If you still cannot create an invoice, log into your QuickBooks Online account from a web browser.

 

Should you experience the same outcome, please contact our Customer Care team at 1-855-253-1536 from Monday to Friday between the hours of 9 AM and 8 PM EST. They will be able to work with you personally and review the issue in more depth, so they can escalate it for further investigation, if necessary.
