Question

For the past year on QBO, time entries imported into invoices do not show quantity or rates when printed. Tech support was not helpful. Anybody else having this issue?

Hi there,

It's essential you're able to see your quantity and rates on your invoice. I see you've spent some time on this and you'd like to get to a resolution ASAP. Don't worry, I got your back. I'll be happy to give you a hand with this.

Based on what you've described, if you'd like to show the Quantity and rates on the invoice, here are the steps you'll need to follow:

  1. Select the Gear icon
  2. Select Custom Form Styles
  3. Select Edit on the right of the Standard form line
  4. Make the desired changes to the DesignContent, and Email
  5. From the Content tab, you can check mark the Quantity box and edit the others so they show when you print your invoice.
  6. Select Done
