Question

Had an invoice paid via credit card but I can't find where the money went. It's not showing up in my linked accounts.

Thanks for reaching out about your customer payments. QuickBooks Payments is a great software able to assist you in getting paid for your services directly from the invoice you've sent your customers. I can point you in the right direction for asssitance with your payments.

 

if you haven't received the deposit for a payment made by your customer using QuickBooks Payments, I recommend reaching out to the QuickBooks Payments support team outside of the Community. They'll be able to view your account in the system to see why it has yet to be deposited. You can reach them using these methods:

 

Phone: Call us at 1-855-253-1536 from Monday to Friday between the hours of 9 AM and 8 PM EST.
Schedule a Callback: click (?)Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start.
