Has there been an update? Does anyone know how to see past receipts now?

Hi there,

Thanks for posting your question here in the QuickBooks Community.

The new Receipts tab in QuickBooks Online allows you to manage and match your expense receipts all in one place! The great thing about this feature is that you can upload receipts from your computer without having to manually enter them in QuickBooks.

I'm not aware of any ongoing issue regarding the ability to see your past receipts. If you're running into an issue with that, I'd suggest you clear the cache and cookies from your web browser. These are the stored Internet files that can build up over time and cause bugs in QuickBooks, and other sites. The steps will vary depending on what browser you're using, so take a look at this article for a complete list of steps: How do I clear my browser cache and temporary Internet files?

You should also try using an Incognito window in Google Chrome. This is a private window that operates independently from the rest of your browser. For more information about Incognito mode, and how to use it, take a look at this overview: Browse in Private.

If you're still experiencing issues, try using a different browser all together.

There's a great article that can guide you through the new Receipts feature to make sure everything is being done correctly. This article is from the US Community, but the steps are the same for Canadian accounts. Check it out here: Manage your receipts in the Receipts tab.
