Hello: I can no longer see payments on the client screen. I can only see paid invoices. How do I get the payments back?

Hello,

 

Managing your customers is an important part of your business. I'll gladly help you with the missing information. With QuickBooks Online, you have access to a solid interface that offers sorting and filtering features, allowing you to conveniently view your transactions.

 

If you’re not seeing the payments entries, a filter could be in effect. To remove the filter and display all transactions, follow these steps:

  1. Select Sales from the left menu
  2. Select the Customers tab
  3. Select the customer you wish to work with
  4. Select the Transaction List tab
  5. To the right of the Filter button, select Clear filter/View all

If the above doesn’t work, I suggest you clear the browser’s cache and temporary Internet files by following the steps in this article. This process will eliminate the files build up in your computer which can fix loading and display issues on most websites.
