Hello, I sent an invoice and got paid for it but it is not showing up in my profit and loss section of the qb app all that is showing up is my expenses. What do I need to do differently to correct this?

Being able to see your transactions in the Profit and Loss helps you run accurate reports. QuickBooks offers a powerful reports feature which lets you view the info you need to view while streamlining your work. 

Based on what you've described, I recommend checking to make sure the date ranges on your Profit and Loss are within the same range as the transactions in question.
