Hello just curious off a better way for saving my invoices

Welcome to Community!  QuickBooks Online is a dynamic program for completing your bookkeeping tasks effortlessly.  I'd be happy to shed some light on this!

It's important that you're able to save your forms, to prevent any loss of information.  When you create an invoice, QuickBooks offers options to Save your work.  This keeps your work to a minimum.  However, if you have other suggestions for saving your forms, please don't hesitate to submit a recommendation to our Development Team.   We appreciate hearing from our customers, so we can make feature improvements, to improve your overall customer experience with QuickBooks Online.
