Help! I cannot get the billable time entries to import to the invoices. If I 'approve' them they lock as not billable. If I don't approve them they don't appear.

Welcome to the Community! Having the ability to import billable time to your invoices is a great way to keep your business activities organized. I want to ensure that you're able to resolve this so that you can get back to business. 

 

I'm confident that your billable time is set up correctly in QuickBooks Online, but I'll share our article on How to enter billable time by job just in case. If you've already followed these steps correctly, this could be an issue caused by a build up of cache and other data in your internet browser. I recommend giving the following troubleshooting steps a try, checking between each to see if the time is now flowing to the invoice properly:
