Hi All, I am having a problem with receipt forwarding. It used to work for years, but now I get back an email saying delivery incomplete

I get the below message from my email provider “Delivery incomplete
There was a temporary problem delivering your message to xxxxxxxxxxxx@xxxxxx.xxx. Gmail will retry for 47 more hours. You'll be notified if the delivery fails permanently.

The recipient server did not accept our requests to connect. For more information, go to https://support.google.com/mail/answer/7720 [qbdocs.com 45.55.48.92: timed out]

Welcome back to the Community. It's important you're able to navigate QuickBooks with ease. Rest assured, I'll be happy to share info so you're on the right track with achieving your goals. 

 

To make sure we're both on the same page, have you been able to go through  the Gmail link you provided above? Also, are all customer emails affected or is it a specific one? I also recommend reaching out to the customer and informing them that their email address isn't receiving emails. Issues like these can be caused a firewall that the customer may have installed.
