Hi. I applied for auto payment from my business account yesterday. but my Qbs iant working. Should I pay with my cr card?

I tried to subscribe back to my account. It shows that it will be resubscribed by 03/03/2023 date. I need my QBs now. I applied for auto payment from my business account yesterday but I need to my QBs activated ASAP. Should I pay with my cr card? Will I be able to uase QBs today?Thank you.

Hi there info1889,

 

It's vital that all your billing information is up to date so that you're able to effectively use your software. QuickBooks Online is a great tool able to help you create and send invoices to your customer so they can pay you for your services. I can point you in the right direction for assistance with billing information. 

 

If changes for your billing information aren't working from within the software itself, I recommend reaching out to the QuickBooks Online support team outside of the Community. They'll be able to view your account information with you in a secure setting in order to help you update it so you can effectively use your software. You can reach them using these steps:

 

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?)Help in the upper right > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
