Hi, I have a lots of sales receipt from 2-3 years ago on Undeposited account. CanHow I clear my account?

Welcome to Community!  It's essential to have your transactions recorded and cleared from your account to keep your books accurate.  I can see how having a significant amount of historical sales receipts sitting in your undeposited funds can be of concern, along with the desire to clean them up.  QuickBooks Online has the features you need to get the job done.  However, in this situation, making any changes to the sales receipts at this point would cause other areas of concern in the chart of accounts due to reconciliations, sales tax and others.  I'd recommend reaching out to your accountant for assistance as they have the necessary tools to take care of this on your behalf and prevent any other discrepancies that can occur.  If you don't have an accountant you can locate a ProAdvisor near you.
