Hi. I'm new to quickbooks. Our company done everything by paper before this. I have invoices from 2023 that need to be paid. Can I enter those into the system to be paid?

Welcome to the QuickBooks family!  QuickBooks Online has the flexibility you need, to accomplish your goals with confidence.  There are a couple of ways you can add your invoices to your books.  I'll be glad to provide information for both, so you can choose the best fit!

QuickBooks enables you to upload your invoices in one batch, to save valuable time.  To learn how to prepare, map, and import your spreadsheet, click here.  If you prefer to enter them manually, here is how to create invoices, and send them to your customers.  If you wish to provide your customers with the option to pay directly from their invoice, you can sign up for QuickBooks Payments.  Otherwise, you can manually receive payments to the invoices, by following the steps here.
