Hi , my Invoice template does not have the Tax column

Hi,

 

You can change the look and feel of the invoice to add a column for sale tax:

1) Click the gear icon

2) Your Company > Custom form styles

3) New Style > Invoice

4) Content Tab

5) Click Activity section on the right side

6) On the left side check "Tax"

7) After saving mark the template as default

In addition to the valuable information provided by Accracy Accounting, I would just like to suggest that you ensure your sales tax is set up accurately.  This will enable QuickBooks to automatically calculate the associated sales tax accurately, on all of your business forms.
