Hi Need to stop the monthly payment

Hi there, 

Sometimes it's necessary to stop payments for certain subscriptions. I'm sad to learn that QuickBooks is one of those subscriptions. Is it something we did? Feel free to elaborate, I'm here to assist you. 

Stopping payments means canceling your subscription and here's how to cancel a subscription in QuickBooks: 

1. Open a web browser on your computer, not a mobile device.
2. Log in to QuickBooks Online as an admin user.
3. Click on Settings ⚙ and then Account and settings.
4. Navigate to the Billing & Subscription tab.
5. In the QuickBooks section, click on Cancel subscription or Cancel online. If you're canceling a trial, select Cancel trial.
6. Follow the rest of the steps displayed on your screen.
