Hi There, how do I do another subtotal on the invoice? I needed to click on the subtotal again but wont add up. please help

QuickBooks is a robust program which enables you to streamline your business with its time-saving features. I'd be glad to share more information about creating invoice in QuickBooks Online. 

Based on what you've described, I see that you'd like to add another Subtotal field on your invoice screen. At this time, the ability to do that isn't available yet. You'd have to use current Subtotal line you see when creating an invoice. If you'd like to manipulate the total, I recommend working with the totals on your line items or using the Discount field. Here's how to turn on the Discount feature:

1. Select Settings ⚙ and then Account and Settings.
2. Select the Sales tab on the menu.
3. In the Sales form content section, select the pencil ✏ icon to edit it.
4. Select the Discount checkbox to turn it on.
5. Then select Save and then Done.

Here's how to apply it to your invoice:

1. Select + New.
2. Select Invoice.
3. Add products and services. Then fill out the rest of the form.
4. Select Discount percentage or Discount value to enter the discount as a percentage or a specific amount.
5. Enter the amount you want to discount in the discount field.
6. If you want to discount the total before you calculate sales tax, select the arrow icon next to the discount field.
7. When you're finished, select Save and send or Save and close.
