Hi there, I'm having issues with QB telling me the receipt I have uploaded is "Not Found" even though I can view the receipt and all the info is correct.

Hi there -advancerherapie,

It's vital that all your transactions be correctly entered so that your expense totals for the year can be accurate. QuickBooks Online is a  great tool able to import image files for receipts in order for you to attach them to expense transactions. I can point you in the right direction for assistance with receipts.

One reason this error may be happening would be browsing data stored on your system. Temporary files on your browser, computer and network can affect your navigation in any internet-based software like QuickBooks Online and cause errors like the one you're seeing. Here are a few steps to try to resolve issues caused by browsing data:

If the error still persists, I recommend reaching out to the QuickBooks Online support team outside of the Community. They'll be able to view the error with you in a secure setting in order to get you back to viewing your receipts. You can reach out to them using these ways:

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?)Help in the upper right > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat
Social Media: FacebookTwitter, and Instagram

If you have any ther questions, feel free to reach out here.
