Hi there, is there a way to see which invoices I haven't attached a received payment or deposit to?

Hi dr-swuest,

 

To run a successful business, I know that you need to keep on top of your accounts and the payments made. QuickBooks Online gives you some valuable tools to help you watch that bottom line. I can explain how to check your invoices for payments.

 

From the left navigation menu, you can go to Sales, choose All sales or Invoices, and check status. If you don't see a status column got to the micro gear at the top of the list and check the box by status.

 

The other option is to go to Reports and scroll down to the Who owes you section. Select the Invoices and Received payments report. This report shows the invoice and the payments applied to the invoice. You can click the Customize button and filter if you'd like to focus on a specific customer or time frame once you've entered the search information; click Run report.
