Hiding Sales Tax Column when Estimates/Invoice are sent to customers or when printed.

Hi,

We are using bundles in QBO and since the sales tax for bundle codes is blank, is there a way to hide the sales tax column instead and have it only as total in Estimates and Invoices when being sent or printed?

Thank you in advance.

Hi jrossrivera,

I would be happy to share some details about hiding the sales tax amount on an invoice, in QuickBooks Online.

There currently isn't an option to hide the sales tax on an invoice, or estimate.   However, as a workaround, you can customize your own invoice template and hide the sales tax, then import it to QuickBooks Online.  To learn more about designing custom form styles and importing them in QuickBooks Online, click here.

If you would like to have an option to hide the sales on an invoice, you could submit this as feedback to our Product Developers. Your contribution will have a great impact to have this implemented.

Feel free to reach out again, with other questions.  We would be glad to help!
