How can I change which AR account an invoice debit? When we create an invoice, it debit the wrong AR account. Thanks!! :)

Hi there,

 

You've reached the right place for help. I'd be glad to share more info about how AR accounts work with invoices in QBO. 

 

At this time, QBO allows you to create multiple A/R accounts, however, the program isn't designed to work with them at this time. The initial A/R account created will be its default in tracking A/R balances. For this reason, we can't change the default A/R account assigned by QuickBooks.

 

Alternatively, you can track two types of income with the use of sub-accounts, or Location or Class Tracking.
