How can I copy a few line items from one invoice to another?

Finding new ways to save time is what QuickBooks Online is all about. I'd be happy to explain more about invoices in QuickBooks Online.

Currently there is no way to copy specific lines from one invoice and put them on another. This is due to item lists using the drop down feature to help save time when selecting items to add. If this is a feature that you wish to have added I recommend sending feedback to our development team by following these steps:

1. Select the Gear icon at the top, then Feedback.
2. Enter your comments or product suggestions. Then select Next to submit feedback.

Once they receive your feedback they'll look into ways to possibly add this in future updates.
