How can I find an invoice by the shipping address (not customer's address)?

Finding invoices in QuickBooks Online is so simple, and you'll be so much more organized with all your invoices in one place. It's important that you can use multiple search fields to locate invoices when you need them. I'll shed some light on the options that are available. 

While you're able to include a shipping address or home address in your customer's profile, these credentials can't be used to search for their invoice in QBO. You can search an invoice by using the following pieces of information:

• Invoice #
• Dollar ($) amount
• Customer Name
• Date
