How can i find sales receipt when i click find match if this is partial payment? the sales receipt didn't show on the list.

Based on what you've described, I recommend making sure the sales receipt you're looking for is recorded in your books. You can search for the sales receipt by clicking New (+) > Sales Receipt > once the sales receipt screen comes up, click on the clock icon at the top left corner > a drop-down will appear and you can scroll to look for the sales receipt. If you're not seeing the sales receipt you can record it in your books by existing out of the drop-down icon and entering your sales receipt info. Make sure your sales receipt is saved.
