How can I remove the text sample from the invoice

Hi there,

QuickBooks Online makes it easy to customize invoice emails and I'll be happy to show you how. 

Here's how:

    1. Go to Settings ⚙ and select Custom Form Styles.
    2. Under the Actions column, select Edit to change the design on an existing template. To start a new style, select New style, and then select Invoice.
    3. Select the Emails tab.
    4. Choose either Full details or Summarized details.

•         Full details will show every line item within the invoice. It works best for shorter invoices or invoices with fewer line items.
•         Summarized details will show a summarized version of the invoice. It works best for longer invoices or invoices with a high number of line items.

    5. The email preview will update depending on which setting is selected.
    6. Select Done.
 

Since you don't want to use the email message greeting you can remove it by unchecking the Use greeting box. I'll attach an image below for reference:
