How can I send payment reminders in the correct language that is previously configured to a customer?They get the PDF attached in the correct language but not the email.

QBO seems to only set the correct language to the PDF invoice. The  email body doesn't change according to the customer language.

It's important that all your transactions are correctly entered for your books to be well balanced. QuickBooks Online is a great tool able to help you keep track of sales and expenses so you can see the profit of your company. I can provide some information about invoices.

 

QuickBooks Online can translate invoices into six different languages seen in this article, but reminder emails themselves can't be translated in that way. This is because the email contents are in a free text box, and that information can also be viewed in the linked article. I can see that this would be a feature that you'd like to see in the program. I recommend leaving feedback in the system by clicking on the Gear icon, then Feedback. The comments made in that section are taken into consideration by the developers when designing new features for future updates of QuickBooks Online.
