How can my client send me copies of their receipts using QB?

QuickBooks Online Accountant has built-in features to keep you connected to your clients. If you look in the My Accountant section, you can make requests and share documents. I have a couple of suggestions for getting copies of the receipts from your clients.

There are a couple of ways that your client can Capture and categorize expense receipts and bills in QuickBooks Online. If they capture the receipt or bill on their mobile device, upload receipt and bill images from their computer’s hard drive or email, or email receipt or bill images to QuickBooks, as an accountant user, you'll be able to view them there. Another option is to have them upload them to the Shared document folder in the My Accountant module. You could also have them attach them to the transaction in QuickBooks Online.
