How can we add 12 additional fields into QBO and have the various fields show up on the various documents (PO, shipping, invoice, etc)? Which app is best?

What do you mean with "add 12 additional fields"?

Did you migrate data from QB Desktop to QB Online Advanced? or else?

Hi, 

By additional fields, I mean, Country of Origin, weight per item, barcode, we have our SKU, but the partners have their own, so another field is required here; these types of details. Currently we are running everything on excel and looking to looking to upload into QBO - we have about 400 items, with 16 fields, 12 fields are not on QBO. 

Perhaps an app would be best?

Only QBO Advanced offers up to 12 custom fields to manage

You can use a 3rd party tool to import transactions with custom fields. Unfortunately, the importer tool is only capable of importing up to 3 custom fields. The app developer said they have considered upgrading the capabilities for the next upgrade. When we help our clients to convert data with custom fields, we will have to manually import the rest for the time being.
