How can we upload a payment file (comprising of multiple payments to different payees, for their bills/invoices recorded in QuickBooks) in HSBC online web portal?

Welcome to Community!  QuickBooks makes uploading your transactions a breeze.  I'd be glad to provide more information for both products, so you can get back to business as soon as possible!

QuickBooks Online has a built in import tool, for a seamless transition.  It's important to review the example file and ensure you prepare your .csv file as outlined in this helpful guide.  For QuickBooks Desktop, you can use IIF files to import lists and transactions.
