How can you know if an Email invoice has been received by customer ?

I see the invoice has been recetved.

Thanks for reaching out to us and exploring our invoicing options, @dksales1.

 

In QuickBooks, we can view if your invoices are successfully delivered/sent or undelivered. However, the option to show whether the customer received them or not is something we can't do. You have to check with the customer if they received it on their end.

 

I'll show you the steps on how to find out if the invoice was successfully sent to a customer. For this we will be using the Audit Log report. Here's how:

 

  1. Click the Gear icon and choose Audit Log.
  2. Find the invoice you sent, then click View.
  3. You can check the Sent or the Delivery error section to see if the email is successful or not.
