How do I add the total of all time being charged on an invoice when I itemize the time worked each day?

Thanks for joining us in the Community! QuickBooks Online contains several great features to assist you in your daily tasks. It sounds like you're trying to add a subtotal line for all your billable time on an invoice. I'll be happy to share more on this.

 

The Add subtotal option on an invoice enables you to display the total amount of a single or group of different lines. At this time, there isn't a feature available to add a subtotal line for all the billable time on invoices. I can see how this feature could benefit you and your business, and I encourage you to submit feedback about this to our product developers.
